Mina Noughi

Mina’s passion for fitness comes from her interest in the powerful role exercise plays in improving health, longevity, and overall quality of life. Through her background in Kinesiology, she developed a strong appreciation for how structured movement can support longevity, strength, bone density, mobility, metabolic health, posture, and mental well-being.

In addition to a personal training certification, Mina holds a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Toronto. She is also First Aid and CPR certified and is completing a comprehensive Pilates Training Program, which has deepened her interest in core strength, controlled movement, alignment, mobility, and mindful exercise.

Mina’s approach to training is evidence-informed, supportive, and individualized. She enjoys helping clients build strength, improve movement quality, increase confidence, and develop sustainable exercise habits that support both daily function and long-term health. Whether a client is new to fitness or looking to improve their current routine, Mina aims to create programs that feel purposeful, realistic, and empowering.

Outside of training, Mina enjoys weightlifting, Pilates, barre, HIIT/group fitness, and learning about the ways movement can improve health across different stages of life.
