Adam’s passion for fitness began through years of playing sports, where he developed an appreciation for the impact that strength training, movement quality, and effective coaching can have on performance and overall health. He holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from Wilfrid Laurier University and is certified as a Personal Training Specialist (PTS) and Fitness Instructor Specialist (FIS) through Canfitpro.
In January 2027, he will begin his Master of Physiotherapy at Glasgow Caledonian University, continuing his commitment to helping others move and feel their best.
Over the past two years, Adam has worked as a Sports Performance Coach with Laurier Athletics, assisting with strength and conditioning for varsity athletes, including the men’s basketball team, while collaborating with coaches and athletic therapists to support performance and injury management.
Adam specializes in strength and conditioning, athletic performance, muscle gain, fat loss, and functional fitness. He uses an individualized, evidence-based approach to help clients move better, build confidence, and achieve lasting results.
Outside of coaching, Adam enjoys playing pickleball, soccer, and basketball, walking his dog, travelling, and spending time with family.
