What types of classes do you offer?
We offer a wide range of classes to suit all fitness levels and interests, including:
- Strength & Conditioning Classes: Full Body Strength, HIIT Strength, HIIT Circuits, Athletic Conditioning, Core and Glutes, HIIT TRX, Weight Lifting & Mobility Bootcamp
- Mat Pilates: HIIT Pilates, Pilates Fusion, Stretch & Core
- Yoga: Power Yoga, Power Vinyasa Flow, Power Core Flow, Mobility Flow

Do I need to reserve my spot in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot—especially for high-demand classes.
Class reservations open a week ahead, so you can plan your workouts and make sure you don’t miss out.

How large are your class sizes?
At Totum, our group classes are intentionally small—capped at just 12 to 15 participants, depending on the class. By having small class sizes, our instructors are able to provide one-on-one attention to participants as well as correct your form or make modifications for you if necessary.
Are your classes beginner-friendly?
Yes! With our small class sizes, instructors can easily adapt each workout to your level. If you’re new, let your instructor know—they’ll help you feel comfortable and supported.
Whether you’re brand new or more experienced, you’ll get the right balance of guidance, modifications, and challenge to help you feel confident and successful.
What should I bring to class?
Wear comfortable activewear and bring clean gym shoes. We provide all the equipment you’ll need, but you’re welcome to bring your own mat or boxing gloves/wraps if you prefer.
Are classes included in my membership?
Yes, group fitness classes are included with your gym membership.
What is your class cancellation policy?
- Cancel at least 2 hours before class starts to avoid a fee.
- A $20 cancellation fee will apply if you don’t cancel at least 2 hours before the class begins.
We understand that things come up, and plans change, but we encourage you to be mindful when booking classes. If you can’t make it, please cancel in time so another client can take your spot.
How do I book classes?
You can book classes easily through our online class schedule, or by using the Totum Life Science app or the MindBody app—whichever works best for you.

Where are you located and how do I get there?
We’re located in downtown Toronto’s King West neighborhood, right by the King & Spadina intersection. Easily accessible by TTC, bike, or car. Parking and transit info is available on our Contact page.
