Max’s passion for sports and fitness ignited during his early teens, driving him to specialize in sport-specific training in the weight room. This dedication led him to align his academic pursuits with exercise, wellness, and rehabilitation, enriching his expertise in these fields. His strong commitment to enhancing people’s daily activities through movement is evident in his work with a diverse clientele, ranging from elite athletes to novices, with a particular focus on youth athletes and individuals with chronic conditions and disabilities.

Max has been personal training for the last 6 years. His background includes a cardiac rehabilitation internship and two years of work in cardiac rehab, showcasing his dedication to improving lives through
fitness. His extensive experience in sports, including 17 years in track and field with a specialization in throwing at a national level and eight years in high-level soccer, has provided him with a deep understanding of athletic performance and conditioning.

Max’s academic achievements include a diploma in exercise and wellness from Camosun College (2018) and a bachelor’s degree in sports and fitness leadership specializing in exercise and wellness (2020). He is passionate about making movement enjoyable for everyone, from elite athletes to beginners in the gym.
