Kenna’s passion for fitness is driven by her lifelong involvement in sports along with her interest in health and wellness. She combines a strong academic background with a genuine passion for helping clients reach their full fitness potential. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto. Prior to this, she completed a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Queen’s University, where she also competed as a member of the Varsity Wrestling team.
With three years of hands-on experience in strength and conditioning, Kenna has worked with elite athletes across a variety of sports. She interned with Queen’s University varsity teams, collaborating closely with the Women’s Rugby team to enhance performance and recovery. Additionally, she spent two years training athletes from the Kingston Frontenacs OHL team, focusing on sport-specific exercise and injury prevention.
Kenna’s experiences have shaped an approach to training that integrates functional movement, strength development, and recovery strategies to build well-rounded fitness. With this, she creates customized programs that help clients achieve their unique goals safely and sustainably.
Outside of training, Kenna stays active through a variety of outdoor sports, including skiing, wakeboarding, hiking, and golf.
