Jessica Wilson is a Certified Personal Trainer and Neuroscience Specialist with a passion for helping people move, feel, and perform at their best. Holding a Master’s in Biomedical Science (Neuroscience) from the University of Guelph, she integrates her deep understanding of human movement, the brain-body connection, and exercise science to create training programs that are both effective and empowering.
Jessica has spent years working in elite fitness environments, coaching at F45 and training clients at the Guelph Gryphons Athletic Centre. Her diverse experience includes guiding beginners through their first strength programs, helping athletes optimize their performance, and supporting mothers in pre- and postnatal recovery. Her science-based approach ensures results that are sustainable, safe, and tailored to each client’s unique needs.
As an avid runner, Jessica has completed multiple marathons and is currently training for an Ironman, bringing firsthand knowledge of endurance training and mental resilience to her coaching. Beyond fitness, she is passionate about continuous learning and reading, always staying up to date with the latest research in health, neuroscience, and performance.
