Eric’s passion for fitness began at a young age, growing up playing hockey and getting involved in various sports throughout childhood. After suffering a traumatic knee injury, this led him to the University of Waterloo for a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, and now he is currently a Chiropractic Intern at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). Throughout his education and personal experience, he developed a skillset in rehabilitation sciences and recovery from injury.
With a solid foundation in rehabilitation sciences and personal experience in injury recovery, Eric combines his expertise in kinesiology and chiropractic care to create customized rehabilitation programs tailored to each client’s unique goals and physical capabilities. His approach is rooted in evidence-based practices and patient-centered care, with a deep commitment to helping individuals enhance their overall well-being.
Outside of his professional life, Eric enjoys hockey, running, biking, and spending time outdoors. He’s also an avid listener of audiobooks, educational podcasts, and a wide range of music genres.
