Becca is passionate about health, wellness, and fitness. Growing up playing hockey and struggling with injuries herself instilled in her the appreciation of being active and living pain-free. During her undergraduate degree, Becca worked with older adults living with osteoarthritis, guiding them through the GLA:D program to help reduce pain, increase movement, and improve quality of life.
Becca earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Western University, where she gained an understanding of human physiology, anatomy, and biomechanics. In her fourth year, Becca was the athletic therapist for the Men’s Varsity Basketball team, working with athletes recovering from sprains, strains, and fractures, enhancing athletic performance, and providing courtside medical coverage.
Becca is currently studying at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, deepening her knowledge of the human body, practical skills, and clinical knowledge. Becca is always keen to learn more, regularly attending seminars and keeping up to date on the latest evidence in sports medicine.
