Bahar has been a full-time fitness and nutrition coach for 5+ years. Her extensive experience in the industry includes personal training and group training classes at big box gyms, as well as fitness clubs focused on high intensity cardio classes and weightlifting. Throughout the years, she has worked with clients of all genders, age ranges and body types.
Her number one priority is to help clients achieve their goals and reach their maximum potential in mental, physical, and emotional health. She believes fitness is much more than just physical appearance and aesthetics. All her clients are taken through a full body functional assessment/movement screening and are provided a personalized plan that caters to their body, health goals and life. These plans have corrective exercises that not only make the clients stronger by the day, but also work on any pain and weaknesses they may have.
Bahar uses her experience, proven strategies, and educational background to help clients build a balanced lifestyle with realistic and sustainable habits that will not have them sacrificing the things they enjoy. She believes everyone should have a coach, and that the right coach for you, can expedite growth and change your life.
In her free time, you could find her weightlifting with her own coach, reading, cooking, snowboarding, or doing hot yoga.
