Aida is a fully certified STOTT Pilates instructor and personal trainer. She specializes in rehabilitative and functional training, and focuses on core strength and joint stability. Her aim is to try to create a balance between the body’s strength, stability, mobility and flexibility. Pilates is a great way to incorporate all these aspects of training and will complement any sport or weight program, as well as activities of daily living. In her free time, Aida enjoys tennis, cycling, swimming, running, and golf, as well as playing the guitar and singing. She is fluent in French, Portuguese, Spanish and English.
