Every summer we hold a full-day, week-long Performance Camp. In 2018, this camp is slated for the week of August 19th. Registration is now open.
Early Bird (prior to June 15) – $449 plus HST
Regular Pricing (From June 15 onward) – $499 plus HST
The Summer Program is a one week intensive training camp. It includes all of the training elements of our weekly academy and also offers additional instruction on Olympic Lifting, Mental Training, KinStretch, along with additional fun activities such as obstacle course work at a facility like Pursuit OCR.
The 2019 camp program is as follows:
When: August 19–24, Monday-Thursday 9:30am–3:45pm; Friday 9:30-12:30
What: The morning session is focused on speed, power, agility and general athletic skills important in excelling in a chosen sport. Lunch is held outdoors and includes games driven by the interest of the group. This can include ultimate frisbee, soccer, tag, football, etc. The afternoon session sees the group split into two to focus on weightlifting, mobility (youth appropriate Pilates/yoga/Kinstretch), education, mindfulness and nutrition.
Who: Young athletes looking to improve physically for their sport.
Cost not including HST: Early Bird $449/week; Regular $499/week
