Fall / Winter / Spring Program

The school year programs offer small-group training (up to 4 participants) for youth athletes. Sessions run one hour, once weekly, in 10-week program blocks each Fall, Winter and Spring.

When: Session options are available
Monday–Thursday @ 4pm, 5pm, 6pm or 7pm
Friday @ 4pm, 5pm or 6pm
Saturday and Sunday @ 9am, 10am or 11am.

Where: Totum Performance

Who: Young athletes looking to improve physically for their sport.

Cost not including HST: 10 week – $250/person
