Ed has always been fascinated by the human body. This fascination grew stronger going through a multitude of injuries throughout his athletic career. In 2018, he earned his bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Wilfrid Laurier University, where he was also a student-athlete on the football team.
Ed then obtained his Diploma in Massage Therapy from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. He has experience in sports massage, deep tissue, relaxation, myofascial release, active dynamic release, and pregnancy massage.
Ed also has seven years of experience in the high-performance setting as a strength and conditioning coach working with athletes of all ages and levels. When treating patients, he looks at the big picture, looking at how one system may affect another.
