Aiden Reeves

Aiden’s passion for performance and movement stems from an elite hockey career, where he competed at the highest levels of junior and university sport. From playing in the WHL to serving as Captain of the West Kelowna Warriors (BCHL) and currently being the Captain of the University of Toronto Varsity Blues men’s hockey team, Aiden has developed a deep understanding of what it takes to perform, recover, and stay resilient through the demands of high-level competition.

Currently in his fourth year studying Kinesiology at the University of Toronto, Aiden is working toward completing his Bachelor of Kinesiology with certifications in Clinical Movement Sciences, Physical Activity Instruction, and Sport Sciences. He plans to further his education at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, continuing his path toward combining performance training with rehabilitation and long-term health.

As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Aiden specializes in strength and endurance training, plyometrics, and core stability. His approach is rooted in both his academic background and firsthand athletic experience, allowing him to design programs that improve performance while reducing injury risk. While his background is in high-performance sport, Aiden works closely with clients of all levels, focusing on helping individuals build strength, move well, and stay active and pain-free for the long term. His goal is to help clients feel confident, maintain an active lifestyle, and perform at their best both in and outside of the gym.

In his spare time, Aiden enjoys staying active through golf, running, wake surfing, and spikeball.
