Honours Bachelors degree in Human Kinetics (The University of Guelph).  NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

Specialties

Sports specific conditioning / plyometrics, muscular endurance training, metabolic conditioning, stability and core training, and hypertrophy training.

Credentials

Eighteen  years experience as a certified personal trainer and fitness consultant.  Fitness contributor to Men’s Health, Wish, Best Life and Driven magazines. CPR and AED certified.

Active in tennis, hockey, rock climbing, wakeboarding, mountain biking, and basketball
