As a personal trainer, Miranda has the passion and skill set to help clients accomplish their health and fitness needs and goals. She specializes in functional strength and conditioning, with a heavy focus on client assessment and progression, to build strong, fast, agile, and functionally mobile clients.
Miranda has trained as a competitive gymnast, and has gone through the trials and tribulations of reaching a high level of athletic performance. Injuries over the years have given her a true appreciation for effective rehabilitative and pre-habilitative techniques. Her aim is to get clients functioning and performing at their peak optimal levels. With a focus on function, she wants her clients as strong and well-conditioned as possible, and places importance on functional strength and mobility, as well as achieving optimal body composition.
