Mike’s main motivation behind choosing a career in fitness is basically his own personal health history. He was born with a rare bladder and kidney disorder and has had to learn how to make healthy choices for his life. His approach to training for health is to make your life better outside of the gym — to give you the ability to do the things you enjoy.
He has over five years of personal training experience combined with group class instruction and over 10 years of muscle conditioning experience. He specializes in exercise prescription/design, core and balance training, sport specific training, and power/strength training. His sport is beach volleyball.
