Aisling discovered Naturopathic Medicine after suffering a severe illness during her Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa. She was amazed how her health improved after seeing an N.D. and following a treatment plan of nutritional and lifestyle changes combined with Natural Health Products. Aisling went on to attend the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. During her internship year, Aisling was on the specialty Sport Medicine shift as well as doing a placement at a clinic which focused in Women’s Health. Aisling is one of a very few NDs with the provincial certification the Standard of Practice Ontario Licensing Exams for Intravenous Infusion Therapy and Prescribing Pharmaceuticals. In addition, Aisling is a Naturopathic Doula and teaches her own unique prenatal class, ‘Birth as a Journey’.

Aisling has a vision for the future of health care. She believes that for medicine to be truly effective, it must be individualized to each patient and centered about their needs, goals and desires. Aisling is passionate about supporting the body to heal itself and her aim is to empower patients to take active steps to improve their own health.

Aisling sees and treats patients prior to birth, into old age and loves the challenges of having such a diverse patient base. The three most common conditions Aisling treats in practice are digestive concerns, mood imbalances such as anxiety or depression and skin conditions such as eczema or acne.

Aisling has pursed much additional training in women’s health, such as fertility optimization, doula certification and bio-identical hormones for menopause, as well as other hormone imbalances such as thyroid conditions. Being a life long athlete, Aisling as has a special interest in sport medicine, using supplements, nutritional changes and I.V. Therapy to enhance sport performance.
