Brandi was a competitive gymnast for 12 years — which is where her passion for physiotherapy started. She enjoys playing various sports, such as golf, volleyball and hockey. She has completed a sprint triathlon and competed in multiple Spartan Races. Before relocating to Toronto, Brandi lived and worked for 4 years in Calgary, Alberta, where she found a love for hiking, camping and skiing in the Rocky Mountains.
Her skills and expertise are in treating various musculoskeletal injuries using combinations of functional exercise, manual therapy, functional dry needling and myofascial release techniques. She is eager to complete courses in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization and advanced manual therapy to further expand her current knowledge and treat more complex musculoskeletal and neurological disorders. She is always doing research and communicating with colleagues to better her practice through collaborative care.
