Ania graduated in 2015 from McGill University with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. Previously, she obtained a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology in 2012. Since then she has continued to pursue post-graduate education including certifications in acupuncture, orthopaedic manual therapy, pelvic health and myofascial release.
Ania has a passion for improving clients’ conditions by identifying and treating the root causes of an injury and getting them back to healthy sport, work and family life. Her evidence-based approach to treatment combines manual therapy, exercise prescription and correction of biomechanical movement faults to prevent future re-injury.
Ania’s previous experience as an athlete and coach have provided her with valuable insight regarding different treatment approaches, and consequently have broadened the scope of her rehabilitation philosophy.
In her free time, Ania enjoys staying active with tennis, yoga, hiking and skiing. She also loves to travel and is always planning her next travel destination.
