Freedom-Style Yoga: Freedom-Style Yoga is a 75-minute class focusing on physical and mental re-alignment. The “freedom” in this class allows you flexibility to move how you want to move while you learn more about your body and its subtleties.
Gentle Flow: No experience required for this gentle flowing yoga class that is focused on building a greater understanding of fundamental physical yoga postures, yogic breathing & mindfulness meditation. If you’ve been waiting to try yoga then this is the class for you! OR if you’re an experienced yogi you might enjoy slowing things down and strengthening your yoga fundamentals in this relaxing class by candlelight.
Holiday Yoga: Allow yourself to indulge in celebration without feeling guilty. Come to Totum’s holiday yoga series where the classes will be filled with challenging yoga sequences that help you burn off excess energy and toxins.
TotumRestore: This unique class is designed to counteract our daily habits that promote poor posture. With a blend of Pilates, yoga and dance, this class will break you down, put you back together, and send you out the door with feeling…restored.
TotumRevive: Revive is a multi mode class designed to provide optimal cardio training on the bike along with resistance through weights and a finish with Yoga. You will transition through many movements in this complete, high-energy class.
Vinyasa Flow: Focus on breath work through this Ashtanga based practice. (Vigorous Vinyasa is just more intense)
Yin: Most forms of yoga are Yang, emphasizing muscular movement and contraction. By contrast, Yin Yoga targets the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis and lower spine by holding postures for several minutes. This will help you to release tension and free your joints.
Yin/Yang: The best of several styles of Yoga blended into one class (Hatha, Ashtanga & Iyengar). All levels are welcome.

For optimal results, plan to stay for the entire class. To minimize interruptions to the flow of the class, kindly arrive on time and stay for the full duration of the class. Certain classes have a specific 45-minute leaving options (e.g. Yoga and Cycling).
Class participants: Please sign up in advance and arrive on time or early for all classes. Entry to classes is cut off 5 minutes after the scheduled start time. This is to avoid disrupting the flow of the class and to ensure your safety with a proper warm up and safe progression.
Once the class has begun if you are not present your spot may be given to a member on the waiting list, in order. If you are on the waiting list please do not enter the class until the instructor takes attendance and allows you into the class. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
